i) As a result of HPCL upgrading to SAP ERP system from existing JDE ERP system, vendor codes may have changed along with their credentials, termed here as new vendor codes
ii) New vendor codes are to be used for login as user id.
iii) You can use options below to get your new changed vendor code on registered email, to set password for new vendor, change existing password or reset forgotten password of new vendor codes.
iv) It may take upto 5 minutes to sync the new password after change, so kindly wait for some time before using the same to login.
v) In case there is issue with email communications, you can use option to reset new vendor code credentials with old vendor code credentials.
vi) There is issue with delivery of emails on yahoo domain. So in case your registered email is yahoo mail, follow point no (v) or contact helpdesk details given below.
vii) For e-Crude login issues, concerned vendors should use only Red Tile to act on Forgot / Reset Password.
